Mike is a corporate attorney, representing business owners and executives throughout the Midwest in various matters. Mike’s practice is devoted substantially to real estate and business transactions, while regularly handling the various matters which arise in the life of a closely held business.
He has held leadership positions in the Leadership Lenexa Alumni Association, St. Joseph Medical Center Foundation, and Olathe Santa Fe Trail Rotary Club.
Mike is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations. Mike was admitted to the Missouri bar and the U.S. Tax Court in 1983, and the Kansas bar in 1984.
Mike was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on December 19, 1957. He attended Northwest Missouri State University and the University of Missouri at Kansas City, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science in 1980, and his Juris Doctor in 1983.
