Timothy O. Kristl, Shareholder

Tim was born in San Francisco, California, on February 23, 1943. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting in 1965 and his Juris Doctor in 1968. Tim later attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City where he earned his LL.M. in taxation in 1976. He was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1968, the Court of Military Appeals in 1969, the Missouri and U.S. Supreme Court in 1972, and the U.S. Tax Court in 1973. Tim served as a Commissioner on the Kansas City Missouri Tax Increment Financing Commission from 1988 until his resignation in 1999. He is now a Commissioner on the Kansas City Parks Commission. Tim was chair of the Northland Regional Chamber of Commerce in 1999 the Clay County Economic Development Council in 2005 and 2006. He was honored as “Northman of the Year” in 2001.  He is a member of the Clay County and Indiana State Bar Associations, and the Kansas City Missouri Society of Hospital Attorneys.
